Introduce yourself

Hi everyone,

I built KIRA Company Director — a sovereign, local-first Windows desktop workstation designed to empower solo creators, streamers, and developers with the capabilities of an entire media organization without cloud dependencies or recurring fees.

⚡ Key Capabilities:

• Multi-Platform RTMP Broadcast Studio: Switch between multi-camera hardware feeds and stream to 4 platforms simultaneously (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, custom RTMP).
• 44 Autonomous AI Agents & 9 Digital Avatars: Local neural agents for video scripting, automated video generation, multilingual dubbing, and on-screen presentation.
• 100% Private Offline Whisper STT: Native Whisper AI running locally on CPU. Accurate subtitles (.SRT, .VTT) and full transcripts completely offline.
• Complete Office Suite: Native Docs, Sheets, Slides, and high-res PDF conversion utilities.
• Media Utilities (FFmpeg Powered): Hardware-accelerated video compressor, cutter, audio extractor, and hardcoded subtitle burner.
• Visual Node Automation: Wire event triggers locally — zero Zapier or Make subscriptions needed.

Hi @MikheilJanelidze,

Welcome to GitHub! Launching an ambitious project like KIRA Company Director as a solo creator is an incredible achievement. The "sovereign, local-first" philosophy is exactly what a huge portion of the developer and creator community is craving right now to break free from heavy cloud costs and privacy concerns.

Combining a multi-platform RTMP broadcast studio, 100% offline Whisper speech-to-text, and local visual node automations into a unified, zero-fee Windows workstation is a massive value proposition.

Here is some constructive feedback and thoughts after reviewing your project:

What Makes KIRA Stand Out

True Privacy and IP Protection: Running Whisper STT and media encoding/cutting completely offline via local hardware acceleration is a huge selling point for investigative journalists, enterprise developers, and researchers handling sensitive or unreleased footage.

SaaS Disruption: Replacing cloud automation dependencies (like Make/Zapier subscriptions) with a local Visual Node Canvas is brilliant. It makes the system completely self-sustaining.

Production-Grade Defaults: Embedding hardware-accelerated FFmpeg directly into a clean user interface removes a huge learning curve for non-technical creators who usually struggle with CLI flags.

Strategic Suggestions for Your GitHub Journey

Since you are expanding your footprint on GitHub, here are a few structural additions that will help scale your community and protect your hard work:

1. Leverage the Power of an Open Core or Module Architecture: Since the application is live on the Microsoft Store, if you plan to keep the core repo as a showcase, consider open-sourcing individual modules (like the local Whisper wrapper, the custom node flow canvas, or the RTMP multi-stream engine). This will bring in thousands of developers wanting to contribute to those specific pieces.
2. Add a CONTRIBUTING.md and ISSUE_TEMPLATE: Since you are building a private creator network and looking for feedback, other developers will soon want to help you fix bugs or suggest features. Setting up basic templates helps manage incoming collaboration cleanly.
3. Expand on Asset Sandboxing: Since you are utilizing 44 local autonomous AI agents and digital avatars that execute background actions, adding a brief section in your documentation explaining file safety and how your agents are securely sandboxed locally will build immense trust among enterprise users.

The 11-part Masterclass tutorial series on YouTube is an excellent onboarding touch. Looking forward to watching how KIRA expands into the sovereign AI tool ecosystem!
