Question
Is there a plan or timeline for supporting GitHub Enterprise Server installation on Kubernetes, such as Amazon EKS?
Background
We currently run GitHub Enterprise Server as a standalone EC2 instance on AWS. Most of our platform workloads already run on EKS, and we manage them with GitOps (Helm charts and Argo CD).
Running GHES as a single appliance VM leaves it outside that operating model:
For comparison, GitLab self-managed already offers this path through its official Helm chart and the GitLab Operator, which is one of the factors teams like ours weigh when choosing a self-hosted platform.
What we would like to know
Thanks in advance.
