After uploading .mp4 demo video to github server and embed it in README, when open the repository preview, the video is unable to be loaded on Firefox or Chrome. This however can be fix by deleting the ui_eligible cookie. Though the cookie will immediately reappear. The video will render correctly, but after a period, the bug will reappear.
