Unable to Submit GitHub Account Reinstatement Appeal — HTTP 403 Error

Hello GitHub Team and Community,

My GitHub account ftnimran was suspended, and I believe the suspension may have been made in error.

Account details:

• Username: ftnimran
• Registered email: imran30599@gmail.com
• Account created: 2022

I am trying to appeal the suspension through GitHub's official Appeal and Reinstatement process. However, when I click "Unable to sign in" or try to open the Reinstatement Form, I receive an HTTP 403 Forbidden error.

I also contacted GitHub Support by email, but I received a response instructing me to create a new request through the Support website. Unfortunately, the required form is inaccessible to me.

Could a GitHub staff member please advise me on how to submit an appeal when the official form itself returns HTTP 403?

I respectfully request a review of my account suspension and a working way to submit my appeal.

I can provide screenshots of the suspension message and the HTTP 403 error if needed.
