Organization flagged without explanation

Hi,

My GitHub organization was flagged. We got only this automatic text: "Because of that, your organization is hidden from the public. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your organization’s status reviewed."

We have no idea why. I opened 4 tickets in different timestamps at the link "contact support".
After several months, no answer at all, like literally no answer at all.

No answers for 10 months. Sorry but this isn't normal

The thing is that I didn't had literally anything on that organization xD

But thank you, though. :) Hoping that I can finally remove this banner from this account.
