Account Suspension without any detail

My son's GitHub account was recently suspended, and he did not receive any email explaining why. He believes it was because he was working quickly, and the speed at which he was making commits and edits to his releases may have looked automated.
His account username is shibby360, and the email linked to his account is shivank.chhaya@gmail.com.

Can you help someone here, please? He was using it for his college applications. He created a support ticket to get his account reinstated. Can you advise if there is anything else that can be done?
