Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hello everyone, thank you so much for reading this post. I'm reaching out because I'm facing an incredibly frustrating problem: I just can't get my student status verified. I have applied more than 30 times, and every single attempt has been rejected.
I am a high school student in China. My school doesn't provide CHSI (Xuexinwang) reports or an educational email address (I do have a regular email, but it cannot be used for verification).
My school issued me a student card, which includes my school name, my name, my class, my head teacher, and the card's validity period. I tried submitting the card with a translation placed next to it, but it didn't pass. Later, I asked my school to stamp it with the official red seal and submitted it again, but it was still rejected. I also tried submitting my admission letter, which was rejected too. I asked my school to issue an official enrollment certificate, but due to complicated administrative procedures, it still hasn't been issued to me yet.
On top of that, I'm facing system limitations: Because my name is very short, my billing info won't save if I use Chinese characters. If I use Pinyin, the system says "variations of the name are unacceptable." Furthermore, the system strictly requires using the front camera to take a photo, and does not allow file uploads. Because the front camera quality is low, if I try to fit multiple documents into one photo, the text becomes too blurry to read.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you manage to modify your application? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!
