52 days and still no reply from GitHub Support [#4723383]

My GitHub account was suspended after someone tried to guess my password, even though I had 2FA enabled. I know I was being targeted because they also went after my X account, which uses the same username.

I filled out the appeal form and got confirmation on 3 September 2026, case #4723383. 52 days later, still no reply.

Someone attacks my account, I’m the one locked out, and then I can’t even get an answer from support for almost two months. This is ridiculous.

Can someone at GitHub please look at my case and tell me what’s going on?
