Resolve the Charge

• Request a Refund: File a formal ticket directly through the GitHub Billing Support Portal. GitHub Support typically grants refunds for accidental renewals if the request is submitted shortly after the charge occurs and the service has not been actively used since the renewal date.
• Check Subscription Status: Navigate to your Account Settings > Billing and plans > Plans and usage to view the active billing cycle, download the invoice, or downgrade the plan.
• Cancel the Subscription: If you no longer wish to use the service, select Manage Subscription next to GitHub Copilot in your billing settings and choose Cancel subscription to prevent future automatic renewals.
