Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

My teacher status was re-verified on October 24, 2026, and my Education benefits page shows "Coupon applied – expires October 24, 2028". However, my account still shows the banner "Your GitHub academic discount coupon has expired", my GitHub Pro plan appears as disabled for non-payment, and Copilot Pro still appears as a paid subscription.

I opened support ticket #4905206 on October 25. Has anyone experienced this, or could a GitHub staff member help escalate it?
