main branch 'root' folder

I am trying to change my Github page to:
Source: Deploy a branch.
Branch: Main
Folder: root

Then 'save'..
It will not let me save and i do not know why? any help will be great thanks.

Do you have a branch called Main? Case matters, Main and main are not the same.
