Hi,
I'm wondering, why there is no menu to report issues to my project https://github.com/CoSoCo/JPilotMediaPlugin

How can I enable this?

Because in this case it's a fork you made from danbodoh user's repo. If you create a repo, the issues tab will appear

If you want to report an issue in this case, you have to access the original repo at the link below:

What a pity.
The issue, I want to report, does not apply to danbodoh's code, it only applies to my code.
How to deal with this?

you mean the Issues tab at your fork ? simply enable it at the Settings of that fork

Unfortunately I don't find any setting for enabling the issues tab in my fork.

It really has the option like @jdevstatic said. Access this link below and look for "Issues" in the "Features" tab
