Task lists - way too easy to convert item to issue

The new option to convert a task list item to its own issue is nifty, but it is way too easy and I ended up hitting it completely by mistake. It is then pretty annoying to revert, as I am not able to revert to the previous parent issue revision. I had to close the unintentionally opened issue, take its title, and edit the task list item that got converted manually to restore the original text. The convert to issue option should be made more clear and less possible to hit by mistake
