Hello,

With our team, we chose to use the github issues for our users to submit bug reports and feature requests.

It has been working great, but we met one problem.

One of the reason we chose github issues was for the video attachment size in the issues, up to 100MB for a repo owned by a paid organization as per the following documentation.

File Attachment Sizes Limit

The maximum file size is:
   10MB for images and gifs
   10MB for videos uploaded to a repository owned by a user or organization on a FREE GitHub plan
   **100MB for videos uploaded to a repository owned by a user or organization on a paid GitHub plan**
   25MB for all other files

We discovered that this is incorrect, and the users needs to have a paid account or belonging to a paid team in order to have the 100MB limit on the videos, else they are restricted to 10MB.

We are disappointed as the documentation is misleading and the default attachment size for a paids organization is finally very small.
