Projects beta feedback: we'd love a project-wide "description" field!

Generally loving the new Projects so far! It's a huge upgrade over the previous version of Projects, which we've tried several times in the past without it ever quite sticking.

One thing we'd love to see is an open "Description" text field at the top of each project, similar to how milestones allow a description. Our team would use that field to provide a brief human-readable overview of what we're working on right now, which can be a little easier to digest than skimming over ~20 different issue titles. We'd find that useful both for internal communication ("hey backend team, these are our top priorities this week!") and external communication ("hey PMs, here's what you can expect out of backend team this week!")
