Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 (64-bit) - Version 17.6.4

I am trying to install Github Copilot Chat but I keep getting the following error, I have installed Github Copilot and this is working fine.
I have tried to uninstall the Github Copilot and install Github Copilot Chat instaed but I am still getting the same error.
