Github confuses 2 GB with 2 GiB in the release limit

Github sends an error if files are larger than 2GB. As normal as it is stupid, just like Github. So I split a file to exactly 2 GiB, but now Github no longer shows that the 2 GB limit has been exceeded and only shows an error without specific message. "Something went wrong" Smaller, same files work, but whoever comes within the scope of almost 150 MB will never know why this stupid Github can't process the file.

Yes. The documentation clearly states 2GiB is the maximum, and when I actually upload 2GiB file I got this confusing 500 error. Only when I repack my assets into 2GB blocks can I upload them.
