GitHub Copilot Chat not showing up in Visual Studio 2022

I have connected my GitHub account and I have started the free trail, however the chat feature is greyed out

What else do I need to add to my account? Its says in the console output that its authorized

Hi @Timowen1 , Please review the prerequisites for using Copilot Chat with Visual Studio 2022:

• To use the GitHub Copilot Chat beta you must have an active GitHub Copilot subscription. For more information, see "About billing for GitHub Copilot."

• To use GitHub Copilot Chat with Visual Studio, you must be running Visual Studio 2022 version 17.6 or higher. For more information, see the Visual Studio IDE documentation.

• To use GitHub Copilot Chat with Visual Studio, you must be signed into Visual Studio with the same GitHub ID that has access to GitHub Copilot.

1. would you mind filing feedback via the VS Feedback feature? (screenshot below)
2. if you right click a codeline and click Ask Copilot, or use the Alt + / shortcut, does the Copilot inline interface appear? Are you able to ask it a question?

Anyone else having this same issue? I'm also unable to open Github Copilot Chat, its greyed out in view menu. Also unable to open Ask Copilot inside of code by pressing ALT + /.
I have active subscription, Visual Studio Version 17.9.2

@userasad if you use the Report a Problem feature in Visual Studio, it will add telemetry and additional logs so that we can diagnose specific to your scenario.
