Error finalizing challenge submissions

Every time the final submit button is clicked on a challenge it returns an error stating "Edge function returned a non 2xx status code"

Yes, this is still happening. All my challenges are unsubmitted. Got some more data from the request:

@kehindeadigun Hi, this error means that there were already submissions that uses the same demo URL and github repo URL, please deploy your solutions again and submit new URL.
