Older Android APIs and Maestro versions removed, with new defaults #135

This release comes with a new CLI version: v5.8.0.
Update your CLI now with dcd upgrade or npm install -g @devicecloud.dev/dcd@latest

It also comes with new CI versions, please ensure you update your pins!

We've removed Android API 29, 30 and 31, and Maestro 2.0.4 to 2.6.0, except 2.2.0, which is delayed until 9th November. Read more here.
Changed the default Android device to Pixel 7 on API 36, and the default Maestro version to 2.10.0. Read more here.

You can now set run priority (low, normal or high) to reorder your own queued runs. It never moves them ahead of other customers' runs. Read more here.
You can now set DEVICECLOUD_OVERRIDE_RUNNER_TYPE to override the runner type for an individual flow. Read more here.
Raised the default Android concurrency to 5 for m1 runs. Read more here.
You can now request a summary view of your results from the API. Read more here.
Changed result_files so each result includes its JUnit XML inline. Read more here.
