Proposal for flagging tool status in the COPTR tool registry

I've been experimenting with adding support for 'flagging' entries in COPTR that need attention. For reference, here is how I did it:

• Added a new Property for ToolStatus
• Modified the infobox to use it
• Then modified the form to refer to the infobox
• Then it seemed to Just Work! Picked up the restricted set of values as a selection list.
• Could also emit the Property as a Category tag so it gets integrated into a category tree? Yes, that works, and then the category can be created and made a sub-category of Tool Status.
• Added default unknown tool status and that is propagating... Category:Unknown Tool Status - COPTR
• Worked out how to add the property to tool lists, like this

Is this a good idea? Does this work for what you were thinking of @prwheatley ?

I wonder if that might be too discrete of a flag, took me some time to manage to find it on the page of a tool. Going by the category is easier, but I do wonder about some of the tools now having it, wouldn't it in this stage be needed on all and some announcement so the tool owners has a chance to update their entry?

I attempted to set it up so that if you add the flag, is should also update the Category. The templates can perhaps also be tweaked to make it a bit more obvious!

And yes, it does mean updating the pages, although as far as I know, I don't have any other way of making announcements than these forums and the PR-SIG mailing list.

I added a little ✅/❌ indicator to try and highlight the status... ???

Just noting that the 'tools for a format' page template still needs updating to show ToolStatus, e.g. https://coptr.digipres.org/ARC_(Internet_Archive)

The 'tools for a function' (e.g. https://coptr.digipres.org/Access) and 'tools for a stage' (e.g. https://coptr.digipres.org/Ingest) pages are working as expected... I think!
