🔗 Make Posts per Page Responsive (Duplicate)

I think it is odd that with the posts widget the column count is set up to be responsive, but the amount of posts per page is not. In desktop mode I am showing 3 posts per page with 3 columns, but then in tablet mode I want to show only 2 columns. With 3 posts per page this looks odd; I would rather it show 2 or 4 posts per page when showing 2 columns.
