Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi

Currently, by dragging the borders of the elements, it is possible to change their size. This may be very useful, but it may be an annoying feature for some. Because they may accidentally change the size of the elements...

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new feature to the User Preferences settings so that we can use it to disable changing the width of elements using drag.
