🚀 Feature Request: Mobile Menu Builder

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi elementor team!

As you know, drop-down menus are often used in mobile. This feature is very important even for product filter display on mobile. We can now display something like this in Elementor using a popup, but everything has to be used in its place, and using a popup for a mobile menu doesn't seem like a logical approach.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new widget (menu mobile). This widget is a button or icon. When we click on it in the editor, the menu will open. In this case, we can add the required widgets to it. Just like Tabs widget or Megamenu.
This widget can also have different icons in different normal, hover and active states. Just like nav menu widget.

The button to open and close the mobile menu can have 3 states. Icon only, text only, both. This widget can be extremely useful. You can also develop it a lot in the future.
