Developer Docs - nested widgets in user developed widgets

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

The addition of nested widgets is fantastic. Currently available in tabs, and being rolled out to other built in widgets, it would be extremely useful for custom theme / plugin developed widgets. This questions is predominatly to ask if the internal API for this is currently stable.

An ideal solution would be an update to the developer docs describing how this can be implemented in user developed widgets

Describe alternatives you've considered

If the internal API is confirmed stable, then we can investigate the current tabs code and work backwards from there.
