🚀 Feature Request: Add the ability to back to the top in the widgets panel

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi

If we scroll now in the widget panel and reach the middle or bottom of the list of widgets, if we want to refer to the beginning of the list of widgets, we have to scroll up again and it will be tiring.

So there better be an easier way to get back to top in the widgets list.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if in the widgets panel, the + or add element button would act like a back to top button. For example, scroll down to the bottom of the widgets panel. When you click the + button or add element, you'll be taken to the beginning of the widgets panel, which is great.
