Add a "Related Templates" menu to the new Editor Top Bar (Header, Footer, Popups, etc.)

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

In the new editing bar (it is now an experimental option) you need an option to be able to open elements related to the page that is being edited as the Header or the Footer as shown when it is viewed from the WordPress Frontend.

The reason is that when you force the first container to be placed on top of the Header, it is no longer possible to edit it through the corresponding label.

Describe the solution you'd like

Show in the top bar a drop-down list with the Elementor elements related to the page being edited.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Press the Cmd or Ctrl key + E to enter the Elementor search engine.
