Remove transition to move responsive modes (Improved editor workflow)

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi team.

When we switch between desktop, tablet and mobile mode in the editor, it is associated with transition. Especially if there is a lot of content on the page, switching between desktop, tablet and mobile modes is accompanied by lagging. This is really annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

As with new page builders, remove the transition from the responsive section. Once this issue is resolved, switching between desktop, tablet and mobile modes will happen quickly. Therefore, the desired mode will be displayed immediately after clicking. This really increases the workflow.
