Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Hi elementor team.

I wanted to share with you my ideas for allowing Elementor users to choose the way they work in the editor. Actually, this idea consists of two parts.

1- Add widgets to canvas by clicking. As with new page builders, this is a very important feature that improves workflow speed and you definitely know about it.

2- Don't open widget settings automatically after widget is added. the widgets panel should still be open to add other widgets.
This is a very important feature. Because it makes us add the desired widgets to the canvas first and then select the desired widget for editing. Now, when we add a widget to the canvas, the widget settings will automatically open. So to add another widget, we need to add a few clicks. This slows down the workflow in the editor.

Describe the solution you'd like

1- Add widgets to canvas by clicking.

2- Add a new option in User Preferences to choose whether or not to open the widget settings automatically after adding a widget to the canvas.
