Extensible Role Manager

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

The "Role Manager" is currently very limited - and the current "edit only" option is also very limited. My main missing feature is, that "Editors" with limited access can't add new "components" (which might be the more complicated part) - but they can't even rearange items.

Currently the "Editor" role is almost useless, as it doesn't allow to build (add / rearrange) landing pages with the editor.

Describe the solution you'd like

Any solution that extends the current situation. That would allow to add / reanrange content - and not just edit content in the fixed places of the elementor template.

Or providing and documenting more hooks for the frontend to control the permissions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried to dig into your JS API - no success.

As an alternative I'm using ACF Pros Flexible Content. -> A native Flexible Content Widget could also be a solution.
