🚀 Feature Request: Move the Hide Panel button to the new Editor Top Bar

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

As a suggestion, it would be great if you could remove the Hide Panel button from its current location and move it to the Top Bar. The current button position is a little annoying. Perhaps there is a better position for it, which I suggest is the new Top Bar.
