'Freeze' a slide in the Carousel widget

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Not a problem, just an idea :) I was trying out the new Carousel widget in the 3.14 Beta and it occurred to me that there could be scenarios where it would be useful to 'freeze' the first slide (or any slide I suppose) so it stays fixed while the other slides continue to scroll.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I realize I could achieve something similar by adding a container beside the carousel, but this could be more elegant.
