Select Elementor 'Theme Builder' Page Layout in Individual Page

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

This is similar to https://github.com/orgs/elementor/discussions/22319 in that I have clients for whom it is not intuitive to select a 'Template' when I implement Elementor's theme builder as the main source for 'theme' layouts. It seems that the idea of a 'theme' is duplicated with Elementor's theme builder, so selecting templates when using the theme builder doesn't make sense because you are missing the most relevant option - "What Elementor theme layout would you like?"

Describe the solution you'd like

One possible solution is creating two options:

1. Elementor Page Layout

Elementor Page Layout would be like adding conditional logic directly in an individual page's editor. A user could toggle between different page layouts without stepping into the theme builder.

2. Core Theme Layout

Core Theme Layout would replace the 'Page Layout' option label to make it more intuitive that you're referencing the actual theme.

You could then, as the other ticket suggested, create permissions for each of these individual options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• This could be implemented in your Hello Theme
• I could write a separate plugin to allow for this.
• Can create Elementor Templates, and the client can pull these in individually into pages, but this leads to a mess when making layout updates in the future.
