Programmatically adjust responsive viewport size defaults

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

I have set my tablet (portrait) breakpoint to 940 because there are devices in between 940-1200px that I want different treatment. 1024px default is too conservative.

This doesn't mean I want to view tablet landscape preview to be 940px though. It makes more sense to show the preview in a more common tablet landscape of 1024px still.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a way to set default preview size for responsive viewport, programmatically instead of relying on breakpoints alone.
