Validate enabled experiments before importing a Kit

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

When importing an Elementor Kit from site that had experiments enabled in Elementor Settings, then the imported pages and templates are blank.

Pages are imported, but the post_content and meta data of all pages are blank and empty.

There is no sign of an error or problem in the import process.

#21351 (comment) suggests that this would be expected behavior, but it is clearly confusing for users.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a list of enabled experiments / features in the schema/definition file of the exported Elementor Kit.
2. After extracting the Elementor Kit on the target site, first check whether the list of enabled features is compatible. If it is not, interrupt the import and present a corresponding error message to the user that they have to enable the missing features first.

Describe alternatives you've considered

UX: If all missing features are available on the target site, then the import could automatically enable them instead of presenting an error.
