Add Toggle Functionality to Table of Contents via Header Click

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Currently, in Elementor, the Table of Contents (TOC) menu can only be toggled by clicking the icon associated with it. This can be a bit counterintuitive for users who expect to be able to toggle the TOC by clicking the header itself.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest adding the functionality to toggle the Table of Contents by clicking on the header as well. This would provide a more intuitive user experience and make navigation within lengthy content easier.

Currently, users need to specifically click the TOC icon to expand or collapse the TOC, which might not be immediately apparent to all users.
Allowing users to toggle the TOC by clicking the header would align with common UI patterns, where clicking an element often expands or collapses related content.
