Preloader - 'Preloader Delay' option DOESN'T WORK ON FIRST LOAD

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

Feature Request:

• Please add minimum preloader duration, it's important feature to have in order for these preloaders to be viable.

Current option 'Preloader Delay' works well, but it DOESN'T WORK ON FIRST LOAD, it only works when hopping between pages.

Describe the solution you'd like

Solution:

• Either add new option 'Minium Preloader Duration' or edit the 'Preloader Delay' to work on first load also.
