Show the Widgets List as a Quick Access popover when you click the plus icon inside a Container

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated that you have to drag your mouse all the time just to access the add widget button.

This is somehow solved on the alpha release of top bar but a new problem arises since the site settings is next to the plus icon which promotes unintentional click of the site settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if widgets can be added without leaving your active container.
An add element plus icon shows next to an actively selected widget/element which allows users to add commonly used widgets or use the search function without moving the mouse cursor across the screen all the time.

This would significantly reduce mouse movement when working on complex layout and pages.
