Show exit popup after X seconds

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

There desperately needs to be an option to only show popup on exit intent after the visitor spent a certain amount on the page.

Too often we annoy customers when they just load the page and move their mouse too quickly to the top, they are flashed with this popup.

I would like to display it at minimum after 10 seconds of staying on the page.
