Allow external CSS files in custom CSS field?

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

If you need some more complex CSS, it's an actual pain to manage it, as it stops any version control, linting and more.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would be great to allow this kind of stuff:

/* import: current_theme/my-style.elementor.css */

While elementor will later on fetch that file, do the replacements for the rigth selectors and whatever.
