Ability to turn off live preview of widgets/elements when editing a page

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

I'm frustrated while updating content pages and some widgets/elements are trying to consistently reload (as an example the table of contents widget/element). This happens (as an an example) while I'm adding new content with headers and inserting additional widgets or pre-created templates or containers using with headers. It sends the live preview into a fuzz of a reload and sometimes crashes the editor from using too much memory.

Describe the solution you'd like.

The ability to turn off a live preview for a widget/element in the backend but still have the functionality of it on the front end of the site.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

The only other solution i can think of is removing widget/elements from the page that cause this issue and losing the functionality that i would like to have on my site.
