Background images not editable in limited role 'Acces to edit content only'

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

I want clients to only edit content: change images and text. But background images can't be adjusted then. It's in the layout section which isn't showing in that role. The section on the left side that is showing for the client in that role, isn't relevant. more additional settings are shown there, which does not apply to a customer who purely wants to change content.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Make it possible in the current role 'acces to edit content only' to adjust background images / slides. So showing the tab 'style' instead of lay-out for the backgrounds will do the trick. For other elements (images, titles, text) it should remain as it is right now, show the tab 'content'.
