Time Delayed Popup -> Trigger = Time counted from moment entered website

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

I am building a popup, know that my average visitor is x minutes on my website and cannot serve a popup just before that time.
All the triggers are non related to total time on the website.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I think in the past there was this trigger, where you just gave in the time on the website, and the popup appeared.
Simple. I want a popup to appear, when a certain time has gone by for a visit. Not when visited a page, as that is not triggering when the visitor goes to another page. Not after inactivity, as not every user is inactive.
Just delay after visit first page and counted over the total visit.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

There is/are paid solutions... but I think tis is absolute overkill. A simple cross page timer should do it.
I read in old todos that the functionality was there in old versions of Elementor. Also I found this thread:
