Feature request: Dynamic aria-label functionality for improved accessibility

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

When you use the loop grid widget and populate it with a few posts, the post links needs to have aria-labels set in order to be properly accessible for people with screen readers. But it's not possible to set these dynamically, for example with the post's title as the value.

Describe the solution you'd like.

It should be possible to set link attributes dynamically, in order to ensure that links in post grids are accessible.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I haven't found a solution.
