Update Elementor Library Templates and Blocks Provide both Legacy Sections and Flex Container versions + Last Updated Dates

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

It would be great to know when Elementor Templates and Blocks have last been updated (similar to plug-ins on WordPress.org).

Describe the solution you'd like.

It may be helpful to provide both a legacy "sections" version and a new updated "Flex Container" version.
