Icon widget - image change on hover - colour change for custom icon uploads

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

The icon widget or icon widget box allows you to change hover colours on icons already within the library, but with custom uploaded icons, these colour changes do not work, and have never worked in all my years of using Elementor. This is a constant frustration.

Also, if I do upload a custom icon, I would love to be able to upload a different version for the hover and active states. This would allow users to create our own hover icons and colour changes, for example.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Either when using a custom icon, you can make the colour change work, or allow us to upload multiple icons for different hover states.
