Elementor Pro Form builder - Move error message above submit button so it's visible

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

Error message from Elementor Form is currently below the submit button which is not visible unless scrolled to, if you have medium to big forms.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Move the error message before the submit button so it's clearly visible in the same viewport that you were on when you clicked the button.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Automatically scroll down to the error, but I think showing it above the button is less bug prone.
