Let users set default unit for the whole site

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

I use REM on my websites for accessibility reasons, but every single time I need to change an element CSS value (in terms of size), I have to switch from px to rem.

This feature request was originally brought up in #20549, a locked issue.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Allow the user to set the default elementor unit for themselves when it comes to element size.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Setting all my CSS in an external CSS file.
