Request to add Vietnamese translation for Elementor Pro

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

Many members of our community are familiar with Elementor Free in Vietnamese, but the current Elementor Pro version is still not available in Vietnamese. There is a need for a native language to make Elementor Pro faster and easier to understand for all users.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I have now worked hard to complete 100% of the Vietnamese translation for Elementor Free here: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/vi/default/wp-plugins/elementor/
Hopefully I can add my account to Validator to Projects Elementor Pro to update to the Vietnamese translation file of the Pro version
