Offline Forms (ideally with synchronisation)

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

Website and forms are only available when online. I have a use case for an internal site that I've built whereby the workers are often working in remote locations where there is no wifi or mobile signal.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I love using Elementor forms, because they follow the same logic and style as everything else contained within the builder. I have managed to increase functionality with the use of other third party plugins such as Dynamic OOO and some hand coded CSS and JS.

However, one thing which I'd really like to see is for forms to be available offline and for any entries submitted offline to then be synchronised on reconnection. If the synchronisation on reconnection is not available, it would be really useful for there to be a restore button, allowing multiple entries to be restored.
